The other two races deploy them from ships for a cost in antimatter. The TEC buy them from the tactical screen. Dispatched in batches of 10, they are stationary and cloaked. My first starbase had 3 levels of HP/Armor, 2 levels of weapons, 2 levels of manufacturing and 1 level of trade boosting. From memory, you can add any of: Armor/HP, Weapons, Manufacturing Capacity, Hangers, Trade/Culture generators.Īll of the items can be upgraded multiple times for an increased benefit at the cost of take up additional upgrade slots.
